What to include in your inquiry
Whether you need cut-downs from existing footage, a monthly Reels retainer, or a full content strategy, the most useful first message gives us a clear picture of the assignment. A few specifics help us recommend the right production approach without adding unnecessary meetings.
- Goals: what the videos should communicate, promote, explain, or support.
- Formats: target channels, aspect ratios, caption needs, and approximate number of deliverables.
- Timeline: ideal shoot dates, edit deadlines, launch windows, or recurring monthly cadence.
- Budget range: a practical planning range so we can suggest an appropriate scope.
- Locations: studio, office, retail, event, street, or remote workflow details.
We typically reply within one business day. More detailed production requests may take a little longer if we need to review schedules, locations, or post-production requirements.
